OBITUARY

Services were held for Leon Orlowek, 91, of Elizabeth, who died Wednesday in St. Elizabeth's Hospital, Elizabeth. Arrangements were by "Kreitzman's Memorial Home," Union.

Mr. Orlowek was the manager of the Miles Shoe Store in Elizabeth for many years before retiring in 1985.

A president of the Elizabeth Retail Merchants Association, he was a member of the Elmora Hebrew Center and the Men's Club, both in Elizabeth.

He was also active with the Young Men's and Young Women's Hebrew Association in Union and the American Association of Retired Persons.

Born in Trenton, Mr. Orlowek lived in Easton, Pa., before moving to Elizabeth in 1965.

Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Doris Teich; a brother, Alvin; three grandchildren and three great- grandchildren.
